One of the favorite subjects of the kooks is the Mexican agent who may, or may not, be stationed at the KC Port.

The more level headed recognize this for what it is, a competative advantage.

Hey Farmer Jones, don't ship you meat and wheat down the Ports to Plains Corridor. Bring it thru Kansas City and down the I35. We have a Mexican Customs agent here who can pre-inspect which means the shipment will be able to cross the border in a matter of minutes.
