"I'm bored here in prison. Can I go home now?"
To: FreedomCalls
Boredom picks up where the mind leaves off. I'm thinking his mind leaves off pretty early.

"He's not getting the mental health, the schooling. He's not getting anything, anything but locked in a cell all day long,"
His mother should ponder what Michael Roberts, the victim, is doing all day long; feeding worms.

Whoa, wait a minute, nobody told him prison would be
hard. I say reduce his sentence.
21 years, 364 days 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds sounds about right.

They admitted to beating Roberts, returning to the scene three times over a three-day period, kicking and punching him, beating him with sticks and rocks, and jumping on him, continuing to do so even though Roberts begged them to stop.

Messner and his attorney said he has already learned his lesson and is ready to go home Well, if he's learned his lesson he can play with others. Let's introduce him to a roommate... preferably someone named Bubba whose been in for quite a while and has new lessons for the lad.

How these kid avoided life is beyond me. The fact that he's getting out in 22 years is scary enough. We can only hope that he gets bored enough to add more years to his sentence while he's locked up.

"He's not getting the mental health, the schooling. He's not getting anything, anything but locked in a cell all day long," Lori Messner [his mother] said. Sounds like mom needs a little jail time. She had her fair chance at skooling, and failed to bring her son up right. If their is someone, other than this punk, who will be responsible for jr. not having mental health care or schooling, its mom.

I am amazed that this murderer only has to serve a 22 year sentence. His mother is, in no small way, responsible for his "the mental health" that he never did get. I heard a tape of the mother's plea and she sounded like a real nut-job.

perhaps a part of his higher learning and education in the big house should include some of the same therapuetic treatment to enable a greater understanding and broader appreciation of what he put someone through.
I wonder what Michaels mom would say about ther sons death?
