AFAIK, they got as far as "G" in the alphabet, which includes: Bush, Bolden, Bayh, Biden, just for starters.

It was BOLTON who didn't want to fight on. HE is the one who resigned. The President wanted to press the issue or go for another recess appointment. Bolton is the one who called it quits.

Another thread on this topic had a letter to Bolton from Maggie Thatcher. Just seeing that letter brought tears to my eyes.
