Jeb Bush could have mentioned that he liked the people coming in, but then mention how expensive the current social program scheme is to keep funding.

So was tt deliberately setting out to drive Cuban republicans from going to the polls or was it just a accident?

Celebrate diversity? When is the American elite going to grow up enough to confront and admit politically incorrect facts?...Broad ethnic and racial diversity is bad for any community...as this liberal Harvard professor discovered through his own research

Study paints bleak picture of ethnic diversity

What an utter, utter clown Tancredo is.

He needs to get the last word no matter how foolish he looks.

Intresting is it not how Tancreado always attacks fellow Republicans

Tancredo was responding to Jeb Bush's criticism...of fellow Republican Tancredo

Tancredo has a point about the crime rate (perhaps Jeb's single biggest failure, in my opinion, is his inability to bring down the murder/violent crime rate), but anyone who has spent time in real third-world cities like Caracas or Bogota or Port-au-Prince will understand that Miami is NOT a 'third-world' city under most definitions of that term.

-------
The real tragedy upon America is that the vast majority of our politicians are totally consumed with personal empowerment and pay little attention to the REAL PROBLEMS in America --- Tancredo is an exception.

The only thing that will save what is left of America, is for more pols, like Tancredo, to stop worrying about votes and start doing their job, which is looking out for America, and being guided by the majority will of the American citizenry.

We have lost that grand, original purpose of the American government.

Governor-elect Charlie Crist has been FL attorney general for the past four years. Fraud and price gauging have been his focus.

Cuban Americans tend to support Republicans...We are not talking about Mexicans.

From my personal experience in Miami I never had a problem with everyday Cubans and those of Cuban descent.

Like everyone else they do have their bad elements. I/am thinking he is getting his information from "Miami Vice" and "CSI Miami".

You guys are so silly. (just wait, Dane will post this same article every time it shows up on a different web site - this is the 2nd). Tancredo is not running for president. He has always said he would if he needed to put immigration on the table. Thank God for his hard work in facing and making others face the immigration problem head on.

Perhaps Jeb wouldn't need 'Happy Talk' if Tom didn't seem to engage in so much 'Stupid Talk'.

"Bad news-there are areas in Miami"

Oh, I'm sure there are some really bad areas of Miami. They sure seem a lot easier to avoid in Miami than Atlanta, to this business traveler.

Tancredo is not running for president.

That's the good news.

The bad news is that he's probably running for Senate. And he'll get murdered and cause us to lose a Senate seat.

Of course, the silver lining to that is he won't be nearly as visible when he says stupid things like this after he loses.

"Jeb Bush is probably the most empathetic and conservative Governor on the planet.. "

I tend to disagree with you on that one. HE signed into law FL Statute #765 that allows a feeding tube to be removed from disabled patients, like Terri Schindler Shiavo. That's HIS work. And, I'll NEVER forget.

So you make people face the problems by angering your largest minority constituancy?

I agree that we have problems with illegal immigration and an unsecure border. However Tancredo just turns the flamethrower on "full power" and hoses anyone or anything he doesn't agree with.
