I wish they took it off altogether. Last time I checked "we" includes me and I don't trust in any god. Bring back our old motto and put that on the front.

A search with your title would have found the other two threads - - right at the top.

I was trying to be too cute too fast. Meant to say:
I don't believe you can say that here.

Well, obviously you are the only one whose wishes should matter when it comes to this issue. The rest of us who do believe in and trust in God are meaningless. /sarc off

Well
we'll I'll be d@mned! The edge that wears off first.
What happened to Praise God from whom all blessings flow?

So atheism trumps theism?
Until the majority of us are atheists, in God we trust.
To: leadpenny; Raymann
Well, actually leadpenny, he can say that here (or anywhere else). But, he should be prepared for the responses he gets from such narcisstic rants.

I wish they would put it back on the front. "we" includes ME, and I DO trust God.
Keep the 1956 motto where it should be.

New dollar coins place
'In God We Trust' along thin edge
instead of front or back.
I kind of like it.

Maybe it's indented instead of raised letters?
To: SoldierDad
I know. There just haven't been enough fights around here lately, and I'm just trying to keep the pot boiling.
To: smith288; Raymann; leadpenny; All
Please tell me where in the Constitution is it written that "The People" have a protection against being offended. And, if that protection exists, then why can not I also make the same claim against people like Raymann who offend me by his narcissistic rantings.
(leadpenny, he should have ducked!)

Yes, it's called "edge incused inscription" - it's common on coins around the world.
