Life is good this late November 2006.
Now on to the Holliday Bowl (or possibly the Alamo Bowl).

Many of these men and women receive commissions in the armed services and end up in far off lands so that the bad guys don't mess with our freedoms here in the States.
Now go find something you know about and criticize that.
There's no such thing as a "Medal Of Honor winner" you dumb Aggie. It's "Medal Of Honor Recipient."
I, too, am class of '88. I believe we conversed some time previously. Didn't you live in Law or Puryear? Which bookstore was that that is closed?
How can a person be a "recipient" if the Medal of Honor was awarded posthumously??? BTW did you see what the Ags did to the Teasips today? Gig 'em Ags!
The ones that are still alive insist on being called "recipients." A1C (Later SSG) John Levitow MOH - USAF, Vietnam)once said, "'Winner' implies it was a contest. If it had been, I wouldn't have entered."
Law Hall here... Ramp 9 Mule ('84 - '86), Ramp 2 ('87).
Regarding the bookstore... that's Loupot's (Southgate). It was borded up in anticipation of hurricane Rita I believe. Was borded up from the inside because the bldg's infrastructure was not sturdy enough to accommodate the plywood (at least that's what I read)... but it sure makes for keeping the Aggie "reptutation" in tact ;-)
Good day in deed today... my plan is to do a little drankin' to celebrate a marvelous win!

Well, the tower will not be lit up like a gigantic you know what tonight.
Yeah, but the pilot who landed President Bush on the carrier a few years ago was from my alma mater...GO MARQUETTE ROTC!
Regards
Let's start another run.
BTHOtu!!!
We were the first class to beat tu all 4 years....Hope some more folks get to say that. they liked repeating on tv that we had only beat them in Austin 8 times.
During the second world war, Texas A&M commissioned more officers than the service academys -- combined.
