Good question. One that may not have an answer, but sure as heck isn't going to get fixed without some kind of thrashing debate. Already, real Black leadership is standing up to the challenge. Reverend Jesse Peterson and Bill Cosby for example - widely different perspectives but both driven by honesty and the desire to stop the destruction.
If nothing is done and the left allowed to continue to control the debate and run the plantation, the total destruction of Black America will continue. In the end, it will simply be a question of criminal control.
If the criminal element is addressed now, as it ought, the consequences might impact the downstream generation as any great catastrophe does. Imagine a society where welfare dependency is no longer tolerated and criminals face real incarceration with no parole. Seems to me that this might drive some real personal responsibility decisions in lives that don't even need to entertain such thoughts at this time.
Of course, the media would need to be restructured from top to bottom...
