Someone who tells it like it is. I'm sure the government-funded-and-controlled BBC will tear him a new one for his insubordination.

Not frightened. They just sympathize with Islam.

Frightened?
The BBC is probably afraid they aren't doing ENOUGH to help Islam
bring down Christendom!

The BBC lost any testicular fortitude long, long ago, when they lost their integrity.

It's Biblical. It will all be righted when Jesus comes back. Hallelujah! Keep the faith.

The most effective weapon against terrorists is ridicule.

Keep that in mind next time you see Islamic reactions to ridicule and frightened media cringe in supplication to the child-molesting prophet.

But how many people will lose their salvation due to secular humanism mocking the Anglicans for decades?

The Moslem's could care less about secular humanism, demographically soon enough..soon enough.

Is (Saudi, Wahabbi) Arabian money involved?
One thing is for sure that they try very hard to cater to the Arab market.

I'm an ill-educated American, but from what I understand the
BBC is a government entity.
With a growing demographic of Muslims in England...it only makes sense
to make nice with a growing audience.
Especially when it can help elect politicians that will help keep
BBC financially afloat?

Just my naive guess from this side of the pond.

I was quite shocked when I saw a Texas channel KERAO broadcasting the BBC as a PBS program...

Well, I know that the 1/2 hour TV news offering from BBC ("World Report")
airs on the big PBS superstation in Los Angeles (KCET).
And I think it might air on the PBS station in St. Louis.

Also the radio version airs on a number of NPR stations.

I do have to give credit to the BBC as being a decent news-gathering organization
(or was in the past).
The first time I ever heard of Saddam Hussein was on the BBC radio report
played on the NPR station in Stillwater, OK.
It was about how his thugs would hang opponents from telephone poles
and also do mass killings (resulting in mass graves).

This was at least a year before Saddam invaded Kuwait.
