I understand your feelings, but submit that quitting the show and walking away is not a viable solution. Instead, why not organize a FREEPER write in to the e-mail address for the show protesting what this woman said and letting her know that her viewers agree with the guys and if she wants to keep her job she will - at least - respect that fact and the fact that others do not view the situation as she does. I have done this a couple times with different Fox shows and believe me, it has had a real impact and garnered real result. Try it.

I've thought about it, but coming up with a desirable outcome is the problem. I don't want to start a write-in campaign based on "Dump Gretchen!" That's what screaming libs do. I'd love to have ED back, but we don't know what SHE wants.

Suggestions are always welcome -- and guys, there's more to a woman than her legs! How about her brain?

Sorry, but you're an idiot. You only want to hear what you want to hear...sorry, life ain't like that. Fox News is not the Christian Broadcasting Network. I don't understand why some of you think it is. If hearing a word that depicts the TRUTH is too upsetting for your ears, I suggest you turn off your TV and get off your computer.

Well, you've got MY vote for Stupid Post of the Day.

They lost me a long time ago..I was one of the ones singing their praises and now I don't even watch any more..I now see they pretended to be what we all wanted in a news station but just pretended..So goodbye FOX...

Over the last several months, I have been weaning myself off FOX. First I dumped Greta, then H&C, now BOR and F&F. Something has changed with FOX. Maybe they got too big too fast.

I watch a channel for ten years and I'm easily swayed?

I'm not trying to start a fight. I am saying that if a five second sound bite can change ten years of behavior, it doesn't take much to move you in any direction. You need tougher skin than that to thrive in the political arena. How will you help advance the pro-life agenda if the other side can move you so easily?

Control the meaning of words, control the argument.

Exactly. Liberals are masters at this; change the meaning of words to induce an emotional response, not a thoughtful one. Another example is "jungles" becoming "rain forests." And, voila'!, the radical environmentalists have their hook...

Fox and Friends is Revelie with the Retards.

Their Sunday versions were produced for the far leftist.

Now we have that infestation in the regular shows.

The women of fox and friends should just shut up and do their job being eye candy.

They don't ad to the conversations other than dnc talking point fluff.

The only other show on at this time is c-span and that is not much.

Of course there is always radio with Bill Bennett.

No, you already won that award. Why does a word, A WORD upset you so much? A word that is commonly used I may add.

I've been turning off the TV more and more, especially after the election. I watched F&F in the mornings because I got the "lite" headlines without Katie Couric or Charlie Gibson's holier-than-thou liberalism. I guess I'll just join the FR Kaffeklatch! (sp??)

Ok, liberals think that pro-lifers are just pro-birth. Perhaps it would be ok to call pro-lifers that. It's accurate for some. Some pro lifers are very pro war, pro capital punishment. They aren't opposed to the taking of life. They are opposed to abortion, not opposed to killing when necessary.

However, pro-lifers self identify as pro-lifers, and pro-choicers, identify as pro-choice. This is not the 700 club, it's a news organization, which should refer to the group the way they self identify.

You really expect Fox NOT to be fair and balanced. You want them to call the pro-choice people murderers which is not what the news is about. Watch Pat Robertson to hear that.

I agree - now I rarely turn on the tv, much less Fox - anytime.

We need something that will entertain, inform and be widely available. Something that will be on the cutting edge of new media.

You need tougher skin than that to thrive in the political arena. How will you help advance the pro-life agenda if the other side can move you so easily?

The problem was this: Gretchen went out of her way to correct either Steve or Brian (I didn't catch who used it, but I'm guessing Steve), who'd used the term "pro-abortion." She didn't HAVE to. If Steve or Brian had spoken against it, they would've been seen as instigating an on-air battle with Gretchen -- something they couldn't do and appear as gentlemen, which they are. It was a no-win situation for the guys.

There are other ways to work in the pro-life arena, which is why using correct terminology is so important. "Pro-choice" is sugar-coating infanticide for the preborn, but that's what the feminist stormtroopers have done successfully. Yes, it's stupid to argue about terms, but as I've said -- define the term, define the argument.

Oh, let's see. Rather than discuss you'd rather call names. Sorry, but you're not worth my time.

I had not heard that. I think he and BOR are bitter enemies. I guess Fox is trying to appeal to a more liberal audience at the expense of their conservative base....you know, the ones that put them on top?
