Do you have *any* source for that?

In what country did this supposedly happen? I can't imagine it was in either the US or England, as in either country the 'friend,' Elton John, or the child's parents would end up in jail for a stunt like that.

I'm no fan of Elton John's politics or his music, but I don't think we need to resort to making up stories about him, either.

Religion will be "banned" right about the same time Democrats stop referring to Repubicans as racists and bigots.

Re: source for 15-yr boy

As I pointed out in a later posting, I read the story in a tabloid paper many years ago. I remembered it quite well, because prior to that story I did not know he was gay. This was a story that was about 3 pages long as I recall. I think it was a British hotel. Notice, I did not say, nor did the story say, that he had sex with the boy. It was a prank - remember the saying about the 'BirthDay Boy'. And, I can assure you I personally would never make up anything. I don't dislike him, but I don't respect him.

One of his good friends in Caleb Quaye, who played guitar in Bluesology with Reginald Dwight before he was Elton. Played on his first couple of albums.

He also did some early production work ("Lady Samantha," maybe?), and played on "Rock of the Westies."

Spectacular guitar player.

Yes, he is. Maybe not as good as Davey Johnstone, but still really good. Caleb's intro to "Ballad of the Well-Known Gun" is impeccable.

Now, Quaye is an Evangelical Christian who instructs church worship leaders through the Foursquare Denomination. I saw him a couple of months ago at my church, and Quaye specifically mentioned that he talks to Elton regularly and witnesses to him, too. You never know....

Wow, I didn't know that. See, we are told to pray for our enemies. Stranger conversions have happened -- I seem to recall that this guy who had a hand in stoning Christians eventually converted and became pretty influential...

There's an urban legend that's been around a while that states that David Letterman had Eric Clapton on his show and asked him what it's like to be the world's best guitar player. Clapton supposedly said, "I don't know. Caleb Quaye is the best."

I've never seen anything on the 'net to support or debunk it. Only a few people asking on different forums if it's true or not.

You have to get out there and be seen to be vocal, and you've got to do it time and time again.

I agree, but from the opposite side, the moral side. Let's do it!

Basically, Elton Hercules John (yes folks, that's his legal name) has come out in OPEN SUPPORT of the New World Order's "gay-friendly" one-world religion.
