Since you seem to have some misconception about Waxman's true intentions I thought you ought to know something. You can be damn sure they will all be "red" and, if Waxman's past is indicative of the future, the actual facts of the matter will be secondary to the propaganda he can generate from his efforts.

It's one thing to go down fighting, but Bush lost this election without fighting back. He handed the government over to Waxman, Pelosi, Reid and other assorted ragheads without firing a shot. I'm neither naive nor PollyAnna. I meant exactly what I said. If the power is abused that would be equally worthy of condemnation. But to begin by assuming a sinister ulterior motive in the investigations of matters that have been uncovered and unaddressed is to take a firm head-in-the-sand posture and abandon the ckeck and balance obligation of the separate governmental branches mandated by the Constitution.
