My only caveat would be if Republicans indeed hated the GOP so much that they would all vote for Dems.

I'm bouncing in my chair right now. Holy carp, gains?! I would have been happy with the Dems bucking historical trends by catastrophically failing to pick up either house, but expanding our majority? Just damn.

Hugh Hewitt is sharing your enthusiasm on the turnout numbers. Thanks so much for your optimism and hard work...

I'm not nearly as convinced as you are friend, but I am hopeful.

If we hold Sodrel, Chocola, Davis and Northup's seats, I will breathe much easier.

Who cares about the exit polls when hundreds of thousands of absentee voters and early voters don't figure in exit polls? The msm is still stuck in the 1990s.

LS, the turnout numbers here in MO adds credence to your post. I was never really worried about the Senate, but the House is another story..

I have no doubts. Hate never wins and that's all the Dems have been pushing.

"My only caveat would be if Republicans indeed hated the GOP so much that they would all vote for Dems."

And is that a valid caveat? My initial instinct tells me that actual Republicans - NOT independents - would simply not vote at all, rather than turn out in record numbers to vote FOR dim-wit-crats.
