Working OK in York county as of 8:00 a.m.
BS.. they are working fine, just voted at 9:30, no issues or problems and no line from folks before me having issues.
Might be an isolated district or two with slow downs since this is the first election a lot of folks will have using the computer system.... (Primary was very first time here in my area they were used).. but there is no statewide outage.
Yes it is, Irey is commissioner there and lives in Monongahela.
The report on the radio today was problems in California PA, a few miles away in the Mon valley.
The judge said the largest turnout he had ever seen was 2004, and this day was starting our exactly the same. We needed a presidential level turnout, and at least in red southeast PA we are getting it.
The story was told on FR back in 2000. Exactly how they do it.
My concern is that "red" southeast PA is not so red any more. I've lived here all my life, and in some places it's gone from no DemocRats even bothering to run to the Rats getting competitive.
I blame it on people like John Street, who sent the liberals scattering out of Philly like cockroaches into places like here in Chester County.
They come out here and start trying to elect the same liberal-types and same liberal party that ruined Philly in the first place. I guess they expect a different result.
ROFLOL!! I'd love to go to the WH and spend the evening w the Pres and 1st lady and Rove, YMB; however, unfortunately, I'm in the other Washington tonight, where it's windy and wet!
Hope all is well w you Johnnie! Just got home from work and voting :-) Fingers crossed and praying!
