I thought exactly the same thing. When Hillary jumps in, it will be even worse.
As for changing the channel, it was like a car wreck, I couldn't avert my eyes, even though it was disgusting.
FYI: CNN is the propaganda channel that they pump into the auto plants here in Michigan 24/7.
This is all to be expected and it will continue tonight and all day tomorrow you can bet. Just's makes the victory that much sweeter!!!
It's gonna be a joy watching these clowns squirm tomorrow night.
Some positive points to consider.
CNN is viewed mostly in Hospital Emergency Rooms. (Se Habala')
CNN has reaches few people than my garbage collector.
CNN is the cable channel of choice of convicted felons.
...
It has to be that MSM knows they are in desparate trouble from competition from Fox and the net and the hope somehow to pump their ratings. They hope the Dems will enforce the Fairness Doctrine and regulate Net content that is kicking their asses.
It's called D-E-S-P-A-R-A-T-I-O-N
I don't know if you saw Brit Hume tonight but it was pretty depressing....Bill Kristol is the worst! It was doom and gloom from him, Mort and Fred still had us losing the House, just by less. Ugh.
And on Thursday they'll start in on the 2008 election. Somethiing to look forward to.... more 24X7 Bush-bashing from the MSM/DEMS.
I agree...but I think it is the net ...more than Fox....Buckhead took out Rather with one post....the media herd remembers.
LOL...Ilike that...
Glad I skipped it tonight. They are a bunch of old farts, anyway. Most nights they put me to sleep, right after dinner.
We need to build our own media outlets because the media is nothing more than a subsidiary of the DNC. Fight fire with fire.
Might be infectious you know....((;O)
We ARE handing them their arses, they are hemorraging audience (viewers) at an alarming rate. They will, before long, be so irrelevant they'll cease to exist.
When the 24/7 cable channels first came into existence, I was a fan, because I am a news junkie and at the time worked on (smalltime) newspapers as a reporter. I actually believed in the creed of "unbiased, factual" reporting.
They left me long ago.
I actually predicted in the early 1980s that it would be a dangerous thing for mass communication, all the news, to be concentrated and controlled in the hands of/by a few. I was just a dumb little idealistic smalltime reporter, but I could see it coming when I saw big media properties buying out every small weekly/daily newspaper across the nation.
Heck, you can't even put an obit in these small newspapers today without paying for it. The community service, local media is dead. But the internet will take its place.
Like I've said before, the best way to punish CNN, MSNBC and the other anti-American, liberal biased news outlets is to BOYCOTT them. Tune them OUT, do not subscribe to their papers. There are plenty of other ways to find out what they've been reporting without giving them and their sponsors your support.
It may be the net. It does occur to me that MSM knows they have less and less to lose. Their ratings, circulation and profits are down. Why not be more up front?
How many times has Ford been on there today? This morning, a Fox babe was getting teary eyed about the polls showing Ford may actually lose.
I've been over Kristol for quite some time now...
