I haven't seen this on the Hitler Channel History Channel yet.

Interestingly enough Iranians also consider themselves of Aryan descent.

Persia was changed to Iran in the 30s because of the then Shah's admiration of Hitler.

Why was I told about this when I was six years old when I lived in Germany in 1950?

every time i see a special on the history channel it directly contradicts what liberals and democrats tell us about the history of the world. specifically the War on Terror, intelligence failures, timelines implicating the CLinton Administration etc.

Amazing what one man's obsession can do to so many lives. Ego, self will run riot. So very sad and truly evil, what a reminder. I am fascinated to hear these people's stories.

This is hardly a secret. I've seen plenty about it on History Channel and it is well known in Germany.
It was just one other totally crazy program of indoctrination and Darwin-twisting by the National Socialists.

They took many Polish children from their parents and shipped them to Germany.

Hmm. Let's see ... thousand year Reich ...
... divided by twenty year generations ...
... carry the one ...
So in about the year 2244, Britney Spears will be born. Am I right?

Um, I thought Iran hosted some remnants of the Polish army for a while, after the Nazi invasion?
To: Ben Mugged
The Aryans came from India. Hitler was as ignorant about matters of race as he was about geopolitics.

Iran means aryan. Historians guess that some aryans went toward India and others toward western Europe from Iran.

My understanding was that Iran (Aryan) was the historical name of the nation, Pers the name of the province that dominated her. The Nazis made up another, mythical, Aryan race that they claimed they came from. But all white people are supposed to be from that area -- it's the Caucausus Mountains.
