He has for the past 4 months. Every friend I discuss politics with agrees that Brit is being manipulated... tie that with his wife's removal as the head of the news department, and well...

On the other hand, Paige Hopkins just did announce that the Army Times is NOT owned by DOD, but by Gannett. At least that's something.

McCaskill says Amendment 2 does not allow cloning. That is a LIE, folks. And she implies Americans won't have access to any cures that might be developed.

Yep... they lie and mis-title that amendment to trick people. The way they get away with cloning, and saying it doesn't allow cloning is that it DEMANDS an abortion take place.

Just like they say an abortion isn't killing because its not a person, they want to put into the Constitution that you can close AS LONG AS YOU ABORT, its not really cloning, because you promise to never let it grow into a infant.

The blatant misleading of the issue and being pushed by 2 people who stand to gain financially in 8+ figures, just disgusts me.

Yes, but he may show up to save one of the Networks. Give Brit a free hand and he can turn one of the networks around! He has been castrated on FOX, however.

I don't think that's it, even though I agree the Republicans are going to hold both houses. It seems to me Brit is simply making his best effort to be an objective journalist by going the extra mile to be fair, to avoid becoming a conservative version of some latte sipping MSNBC moonbat. He's relied on polls like those by Fox all along, so for him to stop now would be an arbitrary and therefore shady thing to do in his (steel trap) mind.

Questions about poll bias, either systemic or intentional, against Republicans, are interesting, but that's the kind of thing Brit would only throw out after having devoted hard research to the question.

Brit would never encourage a "Republicans will deserve to lose unless they do x" meme as some radio hosts and print pundits have done, only to now recoil in horror at the results of their efforts as they realize what a Democratic majority would really mean. He's too serious for that.

But by the same token, he's going to do his best not to be a cheerleader, either; it's a limitation of his position and his respect for it... That's why sometimes a Rush Limbaugh, who has no such limitations, is on occasion a better source of information. For example, as a fair and objective journalist, Brit felt today he had to give Kerry some benefit of the doubt. Rush, on the other hand, in this instance does not have to worry about being objective, so he can call it like it is: of course Kerry meant to say what he did about the troops--- he'd said the same sort of thing before.

Thanks, no I hadn't seen it.

"Lehane said. "Out here in San Francisco, people hold individual rights and liberties in very, very high regard."

This has to be that swarmy, slimey Chris Lehane. Individual rights and liberties - sure, as long as they agree w gay rights, gay marriage, abortion, amenesty for illegals, and an anything-goes, feel-good lifestyle. They don't care to listen to you if your values are good ol' American Christian-judeo family values who support right to life, guns, the military and a Republican President.

The office Liberals have already stated that the only reason Dems will not take both House and Senate is due to voter fraud by Republicans.

Wait.  Wait.  They left out reason number 1 here in Tennessee:

Racism!

Yes, you heard right.  If Junior fails to win it's because those racist Republicans refused to vote for a black man, particularly one who would dare date a white woman.  I guess we're supposed to all be shouting "get the rope, fellas!"

Actually, the folks most likely to change their votes based on Harold dating a white woman are black women, who really get pissed at black men dating outside their race.  It's not a large percentage of the community, but to the ones that care about this it's as vicious an attitude as any Klansman ever had on the subject.

No, Harold's going to lose, not because of racism or voter fraud, in fact the only chance he has to win is voter fraud, that's why there's such concern over the missing activation cards for the vote machines.  Harold is going to lose because he's a Ford and the state, even Memphis, is disgusted with the way that family has been operating and Harold is going to pay the price for what his relatives have been doing for years.  He's also run a lousy campaign, despite what the DBM (drive by media) says.  And the final nail in his coffin was his appearance on Fox News Sunday last week.  One of the worst performances I've ever seen.

Click on this picture then go down the page till you find the same picture and click it to watch a clip.  Or just look at that picture.  Dawn of the Dead time!  He looks like he's on Qualudes and he acted that way during the interview as well.

Those Army Times, Navy Times, etc. newspapers are NOT defense dept. publications. They ARE GANNETT newspapers marketed to and for military personnel.

Bev Harris was a regular on Coast to Coast with Weirdoes as soon as Diebold came on scene with voting machines. She is a real tinfoiler.

I have been trying to get my deceased father's name OFF the rolls in Baltimore Ciry for almost 2 years. Can't be done!!! They quote me some regulation or other, every time I contact the Elections Board.

the Saddam Death sentence.

Actually, the DBM are talking about the Saddam verdict, but they're spinning it as an intentional November Surprise by the Iraqi's at the orders of the Bush White House.

Damn that Karl Rove!

MSM is burying the ABC-Post narrowing of the generic ballot to 6 points. That is a huge change. If the poll is correct, our odds at holding the House are 50% or better.

I didn't see the end of MTP - was Reynolds truly optimistic, or did he seem to just be going thru the motions?

Why is this show still called "Meet The Press" instead of "Meet The Democrat"?

It is too bad that Senator Dole did not ask Buffalo Butt Timmah a question that might have gone like this. Gee Tim did you get that scoop from your wife who is an Editor for Vanity Fair? Was it your Wife's decision to take Perle out of context and to leak the story in violation of the agreement on not publishing before the Election? All of this partisanship aside, what in the Hell kind of stupid idiots would consent to an interview with DBM hacks like Vanity Fair writers/reporters,whatever they call themselves? There has to be something in the water in DC,maybe not enough water with their scotch and water.

I believe I heard this on a Lib show as well (maybe All Things Considered on NPR). The crux of the speaker was that voters in Tenn. are harboring long, deep-seated prejudices that effect how they vote in "subconscious" ways...
