That clip makes it look like he was going after Allen.
Note how the coverage suggests to those who don't attend these rallies that the men were Allen staffers.
Of course, those of us who are politically active know that they were just wearing Allen stickers that were handed out at the door.
I'm still wearing my Blue Allen Sticker from an event last month, it's stuck on my jacket.
If that little skunk had actually wanted to harm the Senator, there was nothing to have stopped him.
I didn't do it, I got it from someone else. I'm guessing it was filmed using a digital camera rather than a videocamera. I've got a "film" of a trapeze artist falling off a low apparatus that looks like this, almost like stop-motion photography.
This crazy man says he is a UVA law student. I was a student there when Allen was there. No, I didn't know him. This makes me very sad. Law students were respected then and showed decorum.
I'm still having problems with the Left's unsupported assertions that this was "public." From what I can tell it looks like a supporters rally on private property. Where I come from that's a private function, and they can tell you you are not welcome, and if you persist, can trespass you and have you arrested.
From what I have read, this is not the first time this guy has confronted Allen and disrupted his events. I would like to believe (but don't know)that as a result he was given a "bar letter" saying he was no longer welcome. That's what would happen here. If that's true, he was fair game to be physically restrained and arrested if he showed up again. There's no question about his "rights."
