Astounding. I thought it was Scrappleface. Imagine how close we came to "President Kerry." Yikes.
McCain has more credibility on this issue than any oither prominent Republican, and his slapdown of Kerry was excellent.

To: pissant
As John Podhoretz just said over at NRO, Kerry stuck his own silver foot in his mouth and now blames Republicans for it.
The Kerry excuse won't wash.
The correct NRSC response is to have military mothers in tears in every city with Santorum, Allen, Corker, et al and demand that their opponent repudiate Kerry's insensitivity. Demand that Casey tell Kerry not to come to PA etc. Time for hardball. The RATS have shown their ass. Kick it.

That's not true. If it were, the DUmp would be empty. I smell a flip-flop coming on.

That I believe, his response to being called out on it, that's hard to swallow. Wow, though, there is a link showing the press release... he's an idiot bastard.

The McCain slap down was terrific but insufficient. Raise the rhetoric. Today.

Im not going to be lectured by a stuffed suit White House mouthpiece standing behind a podium, or doughy Rush Limbaugh, who no doubt today will take a break from belittling Michael J. Foxs Parkinsons disease to start lying about me just as they have lied about Iraq. It disgusts me that these Republican hacks, who have never worn the uniform of our country lie and distort so blatantly and carelessly about those who have. OK, Kerry, then go to the troops and lecture them about their ignorance. Since you seem to think only those that have served can criticise you. Let's see what they have to say to you.

Limbaugh just read the arrogant reponse from lurch. Several paragraphs which tells folks that there will be no apology.Screw an apology from this ass, he wouldn't mean it anyway.
