You can say that again...thank goodness it's daytime. No more BIG LETTERS. And, I made the rounds this morning, stopping and restarting all my clocks, and saved the hardest part for last - THOSE GHASTLY DIGITGALS!!!!

I think there are a few engineers out there that I'd like to strangle.

I have a wall clock in the living room that elicits groans from me every six months. It's not difficult to reset, it's difficult to get down from the wall due to lousy way it connects to its hook.

I still need to reset my watch. Better go do that now.

It's way cool that computers, TV's, VCR's, and the like reset themselves.

Clock makers could do this too.

I got a new car last year and couldn't figure out how to set it ahead in April..... so as of today, it's reading the correct time.

:)

I have a clock like that in my bathroom. It's such a pain to reset that I just live with the wrong time and mentally adjust to it for half the year.

Of course, that's nowhere near as cool as getting a new car and having a clock problem. ;-)

Wait...lol. I didn't explain that correctly.

I am referring to the damn digital clock in my SUV.
I couldn't set it the hour ahead when the time changed in April... so as of today it's set at the correct time.

I think his football game is too noisy and distracting. I am not thinking clearly.

LOL -- oh good -- you understood my post. LOL.

I hate digital! I cannot set anything digital, especially when the setting buttons have other functions.

especially when the setting buttons have other functions.

That's the problem with the clock in my bathroom, and it's very small, and the push buttons are really tiny. I usually end up with an alarm going off at 3:00 AM or hearing a tiny chime on the hour all night after I try to change the time. Not worth it!

Exactly! We had a clock like that and we finally threw it away. Neither of us could set it and the alarm would go off at all hours of the day and night.
