The Scottsdale, Ariz., meeting, called to start the process of building an ideas production line for liberal politicians

The only problem with this is none of the "ideas" they produce will hold up against reality. Expect lots of shoddy "products" to roll off of this line.

Is Soros even American??? I'm pretty sure he's not so he can take his twisted wishes of global socialism and shove them up his back side.

Bump-- To ALL--Please, please, educate yourselves about Soros. He is going to be the enemy of conservatism, freedom, traditional social values for many, many years to come.

He makes Hilliburton look like a pauper, I'm afraid.

When someone says, "Wonder if Soros has anything to do with this?" Don't immediately think "tinfoil"...with resources in the billions, He very likely *does* have something to do with it.

One thing I find ominous is that he donates to hundreds of rinky-dink websites, hoping that they'll grow to influence or just influence a vote or two at a time. He also donates heavily to film clubs, college film societies, amateur filmmakers all over the country at many universities. That means he calls the shots for an amazing amount of grassroots movie-making and advertising. This explains much of why we can't get conservative filmmaking to take off.

The latest I've been seeing (I do regular research on Soros on obscure names and topics, and even do some freepmailing with others who are concerned about Soros) is that Soros is presently attempting to make connections and inroads with online gaming (MMORG Dungeon playing). Online game publishers will shortly be putting "product placement" ads in their landscapes as gameplayers run by with their swords and sorceries.--How long before those ads become political?

Soros is helping to support an organization called ECA (I think that's Electronic Consumers Association) which is a non profit--Soros LOVES to work with 501c3s and 527s!--advocacy group to promote the political interests of the "creative" class of gamemakers.

It's been easier for him to get his foot in the door with foreign gamemakers, so far--out of Korea, for instance.

This is just part of a vast Soros-Web that will shortly be closing in around us.

Thanks mamzelle---nice job. Repeating for the benefit of other FReepers. BTW, FReeper Grampa Dave has been vigilant on the NPO issues.

Thank you for the ping. $ORO$ has recently claimed that he is getting out of 'politics' and into 'policy', like there is a difference.

I highly recommend the first novel by E.Kelly Keady.. The Cross of St. Maro recommended by Vince Flynn (Mike Rapp series).

Our own government, Lebanon, federal judges, the CIA, KGB, terrorism, NASA, ethanol subsidies etc.,are manipulated by billionaire, Elias St. Armand.

The preface reads:
"Naïve has never been a word to describe Peter Farrell. As the second son of a St. Louis Irish beat cop, Peter knew better than most that things may not always be what they seem. However, nothing prepared the young attorney for the stack of files that his client hands him. The files contain evidence of a multi-national corporation’s manipulation of the American political system through campaign contributions,(527s, media,) bribes and blackmail. Behind the corruption lies the poster boy for corporate America and the religious right, (international) billionaire, Elias St. Armand.

You will meet a character by the name of John Kerr and a sexaholic agent named Clinton. Unfocus from the "Right" and corporate America depiction and visualize this chess game on a much more International scale, as Flynn surely must have when writing his recommendation. I think you will agree Soros is the shoe that fits; for this story becomes your own personal Code of understanding of who these characters truly represnt, which is the genius of Keady. Right, Left or whatever is inbetween has lost control over America's destiny as a free and democratic society.

The Cross of St. Marco is fast moving, educational, historical and as Flynn (Conservative in his writing of the same genre with also a recent visit to the Oval office)has prefaced :
"It WILL keep you turning the pages into the night."

"George Soros is an intersting man and a good example of a common human failing.

Yes indeed. For starters, his parents were Self hating Hungarian Jews. During WWII, Soros travelled around fascist Hungary posing as the Godson of a nazi whose job was to confiscate the property of murdered Jews and write deportation notices for soon to be murdered Jews.

Soros described this time he spent with the nazi travelling about the Hungarian countryside looting the property of murdered wealthy Jews as the happiest in his life."

So why are we Americans sitting around waiting to find out how and to whom he is selling us down the road to?!!!

Don't forget that Soro's is also one of the main financiers and driving forces behind the drug legalization movement...including "medical" marijuana.

Remember Soros invests in the war!
Halliburton is just one of his "war" holdings.

and When Bombs Fall, Buy The Survivors http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1719175/posts

Then why, you might question, is he financially vested in the Anti-war group--The Democrats..the cut and run party?

Neil Clark, in an incisive article in the New Statesman (June 2, 2003) sheds a light on Soros' intent:

"Soros is angry not at Bush's aims---of expanding Pax Americana and making the world safe for global capitalists like himself - but with the crass and blundering way Bush is going about it. By making U.S. ambitions so clear, the Bush gang has committed the cardinal sin of giving the game away. For years, Soros and his NGOs have gone about their work extending the boundaries of the 'free world' so skillfully that hardly anyone noticed. Now a Texan redneck and a gang of overzealous neo-cons have blown it".
