I completely agree which is why the U.S. Supremes threw out their idiotic decision. I voted by absentee last week and it was straight Republican.

I think the ultimate answer to rogue judges is to remove certain matters from judicial purview and jusisdiction -- as per Article III of the Constitution.

No, Florida law is different. Foley's name is still on the ballot, but votes for him count toward his replacement.

Anyhow, yes, we got screwed in Texas, but I partly blame DeLay. He should have known this was a possibility, and he either shouldn't have ran in the primary or shouldn't have withdrawn.
