Among the excerpts is a scene from the 2002 novel "Lost Soldiers," in which a man embraces his four-year-old son and places the boy's penis in his mouth. WTF? That's supposed to be "illuminative"? Did Webb witness this as well?
To: RedCell
See this one on YouTube where Sen Dodd was unwilling to listen to a reading of Webb's novels by Imus. This tells me the Democrats know this is going to damage Webb. Most people don't want to vote for a man whose values are such that he writes and thinks about sick things for profit.

Yeah, and Gerry Studds. And the Democrats were shocked by Foley? Give me a break. Now, they'll say it's no different than Twain or some other great novelist. Nonsense.

Why isn't Nancy Pelosi (and the democratic party) or the MSM OUTRAGED over this?
Try to imagine what the coverage of this would be if a REPUBLICAN had written a story like that?
The hypocrisy is absolutely shameless.

Webb Says His Novels 'Inappropriate' for News Radio By Nathan Burchfiel CNSNews.com Staff Writer October 27, 2006
(CNSNews.com) - In an interview on Washington Post Radio Friday morning, Jim Webb, the Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate in Virginia, said excerpts of his novels are "a little bit inappropriate" to be read on news radio.
"I don't know why you're reading that on WTOP," Webb told host Mark Plotkin. "I think it's a little bit inappropriate."
Geesh! I got it....I got it!

This one could kill all hopes for the Dems if the Republicans use it right. I am sure Rush and Sean will talk about it and once the "everyday" American hears about it, they will be disgusted.
I think we should have a petition for Webb to quit the race. That is the most sickening stuff I have ever read!!
