Now I have a reason for not listening to him...

listeners who frequently call in to hail him as a great American.
Way to research this guy's show by listening to someone else's!!!

Savage is a top contributor to liberal candidate pro-abortion, pro-gun control, Jerry Browns campaign against conservative state senator Chuck Poochigian. His gift of $5,600, the maximum allowable under state law.

Savage has problem with enemy ID sometimes. He has some early Jewish liberal NYC in him. I like Mike but Mark Levin has taken his spot over.

I can't listen to Savage for more than 30 seconds. I don't think he's sincere. It's possible that he's trying to discredit conservatism and conservative talk radio. IMHO.
To: livesbygrace
Then again, sometimes you get the feeling that a refugee from Air America (the failed experiment in liberal talk radio) has been writing scripts for him based on a leftys cartoon mental picture of a ranting right-wing caveman. That is what I've always suspected about him, that he's playing the role of the left wing's idea of the stereotypical conservative.

I saw the "great american" comment and realized the writer of the article didn't know what he was talking about.
I put it in the circular file portion of my mind.

I can't imagine anyone taking Savage seriously.

Jerry Brown is good for business. Of course he'd want him to win.

Now I have a reason for not listening to him...You needed this for a reason? Savage's, or should I say Weiner's (sheesh...the guy can't even use his own name?) makes Rush's ego seem tiny in comparison.
Even when I agree with what he's spouting I can't stand to listen to him.
Don't you love it when he plays that "I can't take it any longer...I can't talk about that any more" game?

As a matter of fact, doesn't he "chide" another host for that pleasantry?

I can't listen to Savage for more than a minute but I always thought it was because he is crazy and I am not.

Anyone who paid attention knew this after listening to 10 minutes of Savage. He merely came on and did what Leftist accused Rush Limbaugh of doing when he started. He is a pure satire. A show basically done how the Average Leftist feels Conservative Talk Radio is done.

A little bit of Dr Savage can go a long way. Since I have had a choice between Mark Levin and the Savage Nation here in the DC area (starting in January of this year), I have hardly even listened to Savage.

He's on around dinner time, and we turn him on and listen while preparing dinner.
I always get the impression that he's pulling a bit of a "Phil Hendrie" on his audience, saying things just to "get them riled."
He's inconsistent in his opinions, IMHO.

Wiener? I thought Levin just called him that for another reason, I had no idea it was his real name. Priceless!!
