Edwards: I'm More Joyful Than Clinton

"Edwards, who is promoting her memoir "Saving Graces," recalled on Thursday an occasion when Clinton surprised her by showing up for dinner at the Edwards' home.

"Apparently, she had confirmed with John just a little while earlier but news hadn't reached me," Edwards said, according to a transcript provided by the magazine. "We didn't have enough shepherd's pie in the fridge so we ate salmon and cabbage — lots of it. She loves cabbage and so do I."

Two fat RAT women eating cabbage for dinner is an image that I could do without, thank you very much.

Not when you see the apology. This is a publicity stunt. Osama Obama has been getting a lot of attention from Oprah as of late. The Edwards were feeling needy.

This is waaaaay off topic and my memory is a bit sketchy. But, here goes, I saw Mrs. Edwards on CSPAN at one of those town hall type meetings. She was speaking about health care and such (it was before her diagnosis I believe or before it was public knowledge). She laid out the most socialist health care plan I ever heard thus far. She had the crowd though, they were enthralled. Despite the fact she contradicted herself several times and was barely coherent. She does have more charm and charisma than Hillary though and I agree she is probably more joyful. She is still a commie though through and through.
