Mornin'. Warm Fuzzy Wednesday greetings.
Thought I'd share a few words from our nephew in Iraq. He and his comrades are doing a number on the insurgents. The insurgents are not having warm fuzzy thoughts. :0)
We've driven the insurgents and foreign fighters from their homes and safe zones into surrounding towns and villages, making it harder for them to organize anything and to get supplies...
...We've had a few more injuries here from IEDs and small arms fire, but no one has been killed - so that’s good. And we found out that the IBAS body armor and SAPI plates work - one of the guys was out doing a mission and took a 7.62mm AP round to his front SAPI - the plate stopped the round and the Soldier was able to continue his mission.
He'll be home soon. YIPEE!!!

So glad your nephew will be returning home soon! A happy homecoming it will be!
