"Lookouts for the cartels, using military grade equipment, are positioned at strategic points on the U.S. side of the border to monitor movements of U.S. law enforcement," it continued."

A final exam problem before graduation from sniper school?!

Give our guys what they need to do the job! Also declare a "no mans zone" along the boarder with 'shoot to kill' consequences.

If we just opened the borders, MS-13 wouldn't have to use its weapons until they made it to the city.

I love open borders!

"McCaul urged better intelligence gathering in Mexico and Latin America. And he called for greater cooperation with the Mexican government to crack down on the cartels.

Still, he acknowledged that expanding the partnership is difficult in light of persistent corruption in Mexican law enforcement ranks and the deadly attacks the cartels have launched on Mexican authorities."

Mexico must either ask us politely for Military and Economic advisor's, or we should declare war on them. What happened to "with us or against us"?

just build the fence out of dead bodies of those trying to cross... won't need any patrol then

The former federal prosecutor expressed concern that trafficking networks
could use their delivery routes to smuggle terrorists or weapons of mass
destruction into the U.S.

Another paranoid Republican.
Everyone knows only hard-working, law-abiding illegals are coming into
the USA.

How often do the people that sell Jose Cuervo, Tecate or LA Cetto wines shoot at their business rivals?

"the report said as many as 10 million illegal immigrants may have entered the U.S. last year."

But Pew says we only havex 11-12 million in the country, Pew numbers stink, try 30-40 million illegals.

'shoot to kill' consequences.

That's what it's going to take. And an absolute refusal to back down. Where are Black Jack Pershing and Lt. Patton when we need them?

I talked to the Congressman recently and he mentioned one of the cartels dumping the heads of 5 rival cartel members on a dance floor recently.
