Doesn't matter what Reid does or doesn't do, people in NV believe in him and will keep him.

In keeping with the demonRATS stated "commitment" to truth and justice, I say LET THE INVESTIGATIONS BEGIN and Reid must resign. Any demonRATS who knew about it - including Pelosi- must resign as well. NOW!

I agree we need to get on Reid's back like a pit bull and demand he resign. I don't remember a Dem resigning for anything from murder to rape. Corruption is the Dems SOP.

On the scandal scale, Sen. Reid's handling of the land deal hardly rises to Watergate status. That's debateable considering the checkered history of Reid's partner, the large amount of money involved, Reid's neglecting to file proper disclosure documents, and potential tax avoidance. We should henceforth refer to this scandal as Landgate.

Sen. Reid on the hot seat And let's make sure it gets even hotter, shall we?

"It didn't quite have the legs to knock the overhyped Foley scandal off the front pages, but another Washington controversy this week at least MOMENTARILY threatened the credibility of Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid"
Credibility momentarily threatened? Pretty much says it all in respect to Reid walking away from this potential scandal with his "credibility" intact. After all, Reid has volunteered to go back and correct his financial records. What a guy!

His latest job approval rating pre-scandal was 32%. Matthews and Olberman will be sure to highlight this while delving into his land dealings. /sarcasim
