5 Bucks O'Reilly has this on tomorrow.
You need two of those, one for the perp and one for the so-called "judge".
Avon Man? I neendn't read any further. My grandmother was an Avon Lady. WTF is an Avon man?
Avon is an upscale commuter town outside of Hartford, CT.
Pingout tomorrow.
I would think it prudent, at the very least, for the sex offender registry to be *permanent*.
When I see something like this every few weeks, I wonder to myself just what would be found in a search of the Judge's computer or with his relationships with youngsters?? This Judge's behavior is not the behavior of a normal person.
too good for them.
I'd borrow plastic shredder from Saddam.
Defendant and judge getting together after court to swap files.
Liberal Judges are a direct cause of Police brutality.
I hope he does since nobody else is saying anything about the judges who really don't care about the children. This man & the judge belong in jail in the same cell. Why would a judge let a man off like this when he had videos of children being violently raped? I think we have judges who need to be replaced asap because they let monsters like Edward J. Burke III get away with their crimes basically. Burke has actively participated in sex-offender therapy for the last year and, by his doctor's account, is at very low-risk to offend again. Yea sure . But what about all the children who were hurt in these videos Judge Thomas P. Miano?
Why does that judge sound familiar?
heres some links about his rulings

I really found little but didnt spend much time looking. I really think something is dreadfully wrong that this man got such a light sentence in a case of child porn. I hope Oreilly goes after him but good.
Who PRODUCED these videos? They must die.
Temptation is not the sin.
Oh, okay then.
I caught my (now ex) husband (of 18 months) downloading incestuous kiddie porn on his laptop and called the cops. To make a long story short, they found over 1100 images on his computer, including infants and toddlers being raped, as well as video images from hidden cameras in our home (three girls under 15, 2 mine, 1 his).
He got 30 days in jail and 5 years probation.
Michigan.
I've screamed and hollered and written letters and thrown hissy fits, but nothing happens. After a while, people just ignore you.
