This might draw some fire, but I accuse the parents of gross neglect of the welfare of their minor children. If the parents want to risk their own lives trying to convert muslims to Christianity, that's their own affair; but their minor children weren't mature enough to make such a life-endangering decision for themselves.
The parents are culpable...and I'm sorry as hell for their loss and for the horror that their children experienced before having their worlds destroyed by savages.

Apparently they raised their children properly as Christians. They didn't convert. It is the children that are the true heroes here. It is understood with fellow missionaries that they do NOT have to have their children present in dangerous situations. I have no doubt that children WANTED to be with their parents.
I wish more males had as much courage as these two children. Those two journalists broke and "converted".

I see from you website you would have no comprehension of what Christianity is about. How sad for you. These two are in heaven.

No, muslims were culpable. Missionaries have been taking their children with them for centuries. God placed his only Son in danger don't forget.

Yeah thats the ticket, blame the parents for their children being murdered and tortured, not the killers. After all, being near Muslims is a form of child abuse. And while you are at it, protect the Muslims right to choose a death cult as a freedom of expression.
Makes sense in a liberal sort of way.
