Good question, but it would have been better placed in one of the active threads, rather than as a vanity.

I will not be voting for Democrats. Democrats would be defending Foley if he were a Dem. What a bunch of windbags.

As Clinton wagged his finger in the nose of every American, assuring the world that he "did not have sex with that woman", he and his closest advisors knew better. As he sat under oath before a court committing outright perjury before a world-wide audience, Democrats stood firmly at his side, crying foul, insisting that any lie about sex isn't a lie at all really.

When former New Jersey Governor James McGreevey was busted cheating on his wife and family with a young male office assistant, Democrats again rushed to his side

Democrat Representative Barney Franks didn't get busted sending private messages to his boy friend - he was busted paying a male prostitute for services. He was busted while using his elected position of power to clear his boy friend from his felony past, with convictions for cocaine possession, oral sodomy and "production of obscene items involving a juvenile."

I want to see more of this guy's stuff -- he's right on every call... http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/1712770/posts?page=1

Of course I'll vote...what does Foley's faux pas have to do with me not voting?

Dittos to that. I never miss a vote. No "sitting it out" nor "teaching the GOP and/or RINOs a lesson" crap for me.

Negron will win the seat. This is being overlpayed by the left. It's not as if the Republicans are standing with Foley. He's gone.

I don't live in Lenny, er, Denny Hastert's district, and the Pubbies on my ballot aren't part of the leadership, so no, this doesn't affect my intention to vote for Paul Ryan for Congress or Mark Green for governor.

Even though I've been on FR for about 6 years, I just don't know all the in's and out's of things. When you say active threads, what do you mean and how do I re-post this there?

On election day I will not vote-for Mark Foley.

Even if the vote counted for the Republican running in his place? Let's just assume you were in his district.

Ditto. I'll hit the booth with a smile on.
