I'm repeating an argument I heard on CSPAN from a Fellow at Heritage that was making a good Case that Rummie should go....he was being too stingy with the total amount of money being spent....way too low he ways....we need more troops AND more Hitech hardware....way more........
thnaks for your update. I'm not sure all the Heritage guys are on the President's side. But the tend to be conservative, but so did Bruce Bartlett @NPI in Dallas.
