Look, I'm not saying this law is a good thing. It's horrible. But there are two things, at least, that you cannot simply change by legislation. The laws of physics and the laws of human nature.
I've seen enough fuel economy laws, electric vehicle mandates, etc. be enacted only later to be struck from the books when reality sets in to know that either new technologies will emerge to make the law superfluous, or it will be revised or repealed.
Or, if we're real lucky, the whole country will adopt it!

They had better not be thinking that hydrocarbons come from dead dinosaurs anymore, because Saturn's moon Titan is supposed to be loaded with them.
Maybe that's where the dinosaurs really went!!

The concept of "global" warming seems to be lost in Sacramento Let alone the psychosis of believing in man caused global warming in the first place!

Well lets see, he signed the bill in San Fran in the morning and then he and his staff and everyone else FLEW ON AIRPLANES to Malbu to sign it again -- AGAIN.
If you want us to take you seriously, maybe Arnold needs to act seriously.
