""because of the kind of interpretation he had of Islam, he should read Gandhi and find out what he said about Islam," the singer said, adding that the Indian leader had a more peaceful interpretation of the faith."

Cat Stevens needs to apologize to the Pope.

Cat Stevens may have gone to Catholic school but he doesn't remember his catechism. The Pope is not always speaking infallibly ... only sometimes.
I hate Cat Stevens.

"Cat" is coming out with his first "pop" album in 30 something years pretty soon as well. It seems Islam is great for a while, but when push comes to shove capitalism ain`t so bad either. Will be interesting to see what other members of the death cult say about this.

Hmmm. So at one point I used to believe that Cat Stevens was talented. Guess I was wrong.
As far as being welcome in the US, come on over! I serve up a mean pork bar-b-que!

The Pope quoted the truth . How does that prove he isnt infallible? The Islamics helped him prove the quote true the next day when they shot a nun.

Hey Islam Cat, or whatever your name is... It's a wild world out there.
To: Screamname
Obviously Mr. Stevens doesn't even understand what is applicable to matters of infallibility. Giving a lecture on theological topics and quoting other theologians doesn't even come close. From what I recall, Popes' determine matters as being infallible when the Holy Spirit inspires them to do so, which can be decades or centuries depending on the matter; not at the drop of a hat. What a muslim, or moron, or whatever. Mohammed was as much a theologian as his camel. He basically stole anything of any theological value from the people of the book, i.e., the Bible therefore the Christians and the Jews. I'm getting real, real tired of these idiots who think they have the final truth on God's revelation to mankind. I suppose when the real $h%i^&g hits the fan, we'll find out who's right and who's wrong. I'm betting on the West, once they get their %A*S$S in gear......

Well, were all sorry about the violent and evil things Islam does.
But it doesn't make what the pope said any less true.
Islam proved that when they went out and shot a 60 year
old nun in a children's hospital in the back four times.
It is why Islam will fall on it's own sword.
Don't worry cat, we all know if you sang any other tune but the lies of the devil Islam would behead you.
