The author who knowledgeably discredits Clarke's book, the sole defense offered by Clinton during his tirade against Fox's audacity to question his record, is a former Clinton foreign policy advisor, who believes that the Clinton "law enforcement" model of handling terrorism, put America at risk and not only led to 9/11 but was a departure from the policy established by the US in the Lockerbie plane incident, where active CIA involvement with physical evidence led to the determination of Libya's involvement. She accurately trashes Clarke's credibility on the entirety of his book, and with it, by implication and Clinton's own ratifcation of the Clarke distortions, the entire Clinton terrorism record.

I remember that Clarke was documented as a liar pretty soon after his book came out.
I'll see if I can dig up the old links.

Clinton thought he could buy off the Taliban, so in essence Bubba bought 9-11 with taxpayer dollars.
