And the Catholics... in the Bible did it say that non believers should be lied to in order to gain advantage? Did the pope preach that Catholics should crusade against the Jews and Hindus, and all other non believers? (Yeah, yeah, there were crusades, against islam, in response to islamic aggression, over 600 years ago, and the crusaders lost). Did the local Catholic priests preach holy war and killing? Where is it in the Bible that killing oneself for God will grant you rewards in heaven? The penalty for leaving Catholicism these days, death? The Catholics... their weapons of mass destruction... a catapult? Fire? I don't recall reading about Catholics building nukes to get rid of another group, can you show me where that is?
I have nothing against other religions. I live near the Amish, (odd people in my view, but it's their right). I work with Hindus, and Jews, I find them to be great people. Differences don't scare me. People who want to kill me, at any cost, including blowing up their own children, they bother me. People who want to tell me I should try to empathize with the folks who want me dead... I have no time for that.
muslims understand one thing only, power. Our only course of action that will perserve our way of life is to contain the animals, and deliver punishment as required. Eventually, the "good muslims" will either abandon the death cult, or will change the core of islam. I don't think it can be changed. islam is a death cult. It's a cult with a governmental system built in. There can be no separation of islam and state.

I know, I know but that's not what THIS article is about. And it seems to me that if you can't read anything about Muslims without getting all war-like and freaked out you need to calm down a few notches. Just my opinion.

One favorite trick of Muslim men is once they tire of their infidel wives, they dump them by leaving the country to their homeland and take their kids with them. The wife then is husbandless and childless, as hubby has copped off with the kids. Happens over and over. This woman is dumb as a rock. She may have a few good years with this guy, but then the odds of it ending badly increase over time, and when he tires of her, she loses bigtime. Hope she doesn't have kids, but if she is in her 30's, she probably feels that old biological clock ticking. She gets a Darwin award and will undoubtedly pay for her ignorance of the Muslim culture, and the nature of the Muslim male. Sad but true.

I'm sorry if the realities of the situation are too much for you. I recognize it's not pretty, and not a happy time. In the late 1930s there were lots of folks who felt about the Nazis the way you feel about muslims now.

I do. Irish Catholicism runs pretty strong in these parts (greater Boston). And my grandmother's very disappointed my son's going to be baptized a Protestant and not a Catholic.
It's not what you posited, though. You said you didn't know of a single Christian who was told to marry exclusively in their faith. I do. While a modern American (or even "Western") Christian might not be inspired to kill because of it, the sentiment definitely still exists---at least in my neck of the woods.
