But if racial profiling WOULD catch 98% of the extremists, WHY NOT?

Even OBL is now trying to recruit (er, convert) "white" Americans to Islam specifically because they do NOT meet the racial profiling standard. So, if you have a chance of investigating 98% of your problem by applying ONE rule (recent CONTINUOUS & PRACTICING Islamic exposure to extremists + young male + Mideast racial identity) WHY NOT.

Are you going to catch every terrorist?
