I found Steve Malsberg on WMAL now. Come on over.
FReepmail eeevil conservative if you want on the Laura Ingraham *ping* list.
Ive never been to Golden Dome.
Ytown really is an odd place. All the old MOB connections. I actually grew up in Canfield (Home of Lenny Strollo) but used Ytown as a reference for those that havent been there. We just missed the Canfield fair :) Thats always fun
Do you know what a Kolatche is?
Present and accounted for!
I know Canfield, I used to work at ODOT in the summer. I knew his brother Dominic wife very long story. God the people I know there. LOL turned me into a Republican!
Oh Hell yes, have not had a decent one in almost 10 years! I must say Apricot is my favorite.
((((((((((FUDD)))))))))))))))! Wish I was in NY. :)
I dont know if you should move back. I often contemplate it.
NE Ohio is my home.
I can get a damned Perogie around here!
I make Kolatche on Christmas with Pecans (its a TX thang) vice walnuts down here in TX, but it is lost on them. :(
Oh whelst
I like Kolatche with nuts as well. In fact I am not sure I have ever had one I did not like. My friend's Nuna used to make them and freeze them and then bring them out at odd times. Such a treat!
Cleveland despite its lackluster appearence is a very rocking town, or it was.
It still rocks more than Dallas..
I dont know how to explain it. Its a mutt of a city, and its in my veins
However, since her moral compass is totally out of kilter, she is unable to put 2 and 2 together.
We attacked Afghanistan, where the GOVERNMENT of that COUNTRY gave aid, comfort and shelter to those who DID attack us. We attacked Iraq because the LEADER of that COUNTRY lead the WORLD to believe that he had WMDs and he was actively and admittedly funding terrorism.
But Rosie, in her infinite ignorance, fails to realize that the Nazis didn't attack us! We entered the war against the Nazi evil, we bombed Germany to smithereens (a country that did not attack us!), but a country with whom we were justifiably at war...and we did what we had to do to win.
The Rosie O'Donnell's of this world, in their desperation to appear enlightened and relevent, are unable to tell the difference between good and evil.
George Bush is evil, so is Cheney and Rumsfeld. Saddam Hussein, though, gets a pass. Yassir Arafat, gets a pass, and even gets cozy with Bubba. They are able to forgive the barbarity of terrorists, but cannot understand the Pres doing all that he can to protect this country, an undertaking to which he has sworn an oath.
The O'Donnells of this world, have a warped morality, that the concept of good and evil is twisted inside out in their mind. So Bush is bad and Saddam is good. Israel is bad, the Palestinians are good. Sharon is a war criminal, Arafat is awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
How on G-d's green earth can we entrust our country to people with such a twisted morality?
Sorry for the long rant, but I just don't get it.
Ever had the pinnaple and cottage cheese one?
A Freeper gave me a recipie for a strawberry one.
Im used to the traditional one with nuts and coffee, best served slathered with butter and warm
Last Christmas, Mr.FF taught me how to make crushed-stickies (I don't know how to spell it!).
I know what you mean about Cleveland. I need to go back at least for a visit. That ought to cure me. But seriously. I still read the Plain Dealer on line, the Vindicator, root for the Browns and the Indians and well, if I could find a job there I should go back. Something about that firece raw wind of that lake. It's my streets, I guess that is what it is. I never wanted to leave in the first place I had no choice. I was happy there. Maybe I should go back.
Never apologize sofa, when you are spot-on!
Was it Good?
I love those Traditional things
