He'll win too. 5th district is the bluest of the blue. Expect to see Ellison in Congress for the next 20-30 years.
This is my district, and I am just sick. My neighbor and I are conservatives, but live by people that had Wellstone signs in their yards up until the last election. They will probably bring them out again this time around.
I am so sick of the Wellstone bumper stickers. The most recent one I saw was something along the lines of "Do it for Wellstone, We are all Wellstone" or something equally creepy. I saw another one on a truck a while back that said, "Wellstone is dead. Get over it." I am certain his vehicle was keyed at some point.
So it really is no surprise to me that they have to drag his decaying carcass out and traipse it all over suburbia, connecting it in any manner to Keith Ellison.

Unlike blacks who are likely economic liberals, but social conservatvies, American Jews are die-hard social liberals.
They fear Southern Baptists more than they fear Osama. Many Jews, I know, fear that if Evangelicals control everything, they shall use the gov't powers to mandate Creationism and Christian prayers in public schools. To them, this will lead to another Holocaust.
