My newsie kids (17 year old daughter / 22 year old son) said this wasn't publicized much because Clinton would have had to say what he was going to do about it and he was waiting on the next election so it would be someone else's problem.
And Clarke told the 9/11 commission Clinton did more fighting terrorism than Bush. Something stinks bad.
And why are the DUers going on about Bill Bennett critcicizing this film? Like that should make a difference?

I don't think it insulates him, it makes it apparent that he wouldn't make decisions that could be traced to him. He left it to his appointees, who were terribly inept. And because of his methods our country was attacked and thousands of innocent people killed.
And others have been making the same point on different threads for weeks.
After 40 minutes of all that noise and subtitled gibberish, I can safely say I am more fearful of what my city, county, state, and federal governments can do to me in the guise of preventing terrorism, than I am of the terrorists themselves.
