The fickle American political pendulum swings again, doesn't it? There should be a *verifiable IQ requirement* for anyone to vote, IMO. 105, for starters. Along with photo IDs, biometrics and letters of recommendation. That would eliminate 97% of all liberal-demokkkRATs. And 45% of the GOPer-RINOs.
