Please see post #32.
When we are apathetic, we may deserve what we get for our laziness.

They do care because the LIKE their jobs. Republicans have a total volunteer get out the vote effort. It is not the same as the paid volunteers of democrats.

In a very polite way, I encourage you to learn how to punctuate your writings correctly, as well as use more proficient grammar-skills. You may get your point across more accurately.Ditto that. She may want to take this grammar test.

If a Republican knows he has your vote no matter what because of the R after his name, why would he care what you think? Bingo. Every time RINOs get elected, they know they no longer have to give a tinker's damn about what conservatives want. So they act just like Democrats; raising taxes, passing even more anti-gun and anti-business laws, et cetera. At the most, they'll occasionally throw us a meaningless bone around election time.
No more. Never again.
I say it's time for all those self-described "Republican" RINO-supporters to stop demanding we conservatives support RINOs. I say it's time for those "Republicans" (sic) to start throwing their support to conservative candidates for a change.
Bottom line: I've had enough of these RINO-supporting clowns claiming they're conservative while insisting that conservatives can't get elected. They either need to buck up and support the conservative cause or switch parties.

Yours is one of many such complaints. It's disheartening to see so many Republican congresspersons (state & federal) so unwilling to make a stand for conservatism.
I'd be tempted to say, yea, let Atlas Shrug, but there is so much at stake - terrorism, illegal immigration, out-of-control spending, etc. - that I'd be afraid we'd be sounding the death knell for the republic.
Maybe we should hand out nose-clothespins at voting booths.

I can't believe you posted that and you use the tag line of 200 spartans who made a serious point with with against incredible odds.
I am just as upset about government growth HOWEVER, I am also happy to see the career bureacrats shifting to the conservative side through attrician and new hires.
we are STILL fighting for the 1994 revolution. We need to scare out not only the democrats but put the RINOs into submission. Rinos like specter should be AFRAID to have his current left wing staffers.
Then we have some serious "MOLON LAVE" when the democrats trying and social engineer our institutions and rights.

As the founding fathers said, reovolutions require SOLUTIONS.
In order to eliminate RINOS we must have their replacements in line. Thus we need to keep the majority "R" control so when specter retires he can be replaced with a conservative.
This way RINOs can be squeezed out.
It took democrats over 60 years to build their power capital. They still have it in DC to spend in abundance.
