The Bible, as it exists today, is a "tradition" of sorts. The Church excluded other "scripture" that was circulating during the early centuries of Christianity from the canon.

An example of a tradition that you claim is not in the Bible that you follow and is divinely inspired.

I did. I gave you an example. If another is necessary, it is quite apparent (given even some of my discussions here on FR) that some believe that the belief that Jesus is God is not Scripturally-supported. The tradition that Jesus is fully God and fully man is an apostolic tradition.

You should be aware: this one likes to move the goalposts and then pretend to be pro-life...in addition to hate for all things Catholic.

That is slander.

I know. There's no need to convince me. Read the posts by the guy who started posting at
post 9 on this thread, who thinks the belief in the Trinity is "un-Biblical, can't be found there, and is a demonic inspired doctrine spread by men that denies that Christ came in the flesh."

The IUD prevents the implantation of the fertilized ovum. That is post-conception. There are types of the BCP that do the same thing. My question is - why have they chosen this type of abortion to take a stand on and not the others? The problem is that if Plan B is disallowed because it may prevent fertilization (which seems unclear at this point) then the birth control pill argument is moot.
Birth control pills will NEVER be outlawed in this country. NEVER. The portion of the population who wants birth control pills outlawed is tiny. Aside from this board, I have never heard of anyone agreeing with those who want birth control pills outlawed. If it is mentioned, it is to exclaim over the craziness of those wishing it.
Pushing for making BCP illegal would outrage a LARGE segment of people we need to vote with us.

You've been admonished by the religion moderator before for making personal attacks against me. This is just another personal attack.

As I said earlier, there's a definite Culture of Death fifth column on FR, and they're just as dangerous as the pro-Islamic fifth column.

Petronski's comment was in response to me, not to you. I don't know what beef you two had on another thread, but it may have caused some sensitivity on your part towards his posts.

You will do what you will do. I'm not sure (a) who you allege has been slandered, and more importantly, (b) how someone would accomplish "slander" using the written word.
