I still want a t-shirt that has one of the Danish Mohamed images and a caption underneath - How do you know what he looks like? You seen a picture somewhere?

If he wasn't actually trespassing but was off the property House/Campaign headquarters, where's the illegality?

While it's important to stretch the boundaries sometimes in speech (especially when you're dealing with a sacred subject like Islam that people have to lose their fear of talking about), harrassing this guy was just wrong. Mr. Ali handled it maturely and this guy should have left him alone after making his statement (whatever that statement was supposed to be).

Montgomery County police sent a trespass notification form to the protester, Timothy Truett, after the Saturday incident, warning him that he would be subject to arrest on trespassing charges if he steps onto Saqib Ali's property within the next year. I don't get this...
The article says that Truett sat in a folding chair in the cul de sac. Why would the police give him a "trespass notification" about private property if the guy held his "demonstration" on a public street? Were the cops trying to intimidate him or pre-empt this guy's right to free speech?
Odd writing.

Islam is political in it's nature. Political protests generally aren't banned.
