Someone please enlighten me, it has been my understanding that a Grand Jury can not be denied access to anything they might want to know with very few exceptions ?

What role did her father have in her impregnantion. Who exactly was the father of her child?

Abortion is a very effective tool for covering up the consequences of sexual abuse. Perps love it.

That's why, when Hillary complains that making it illegal to transport girls across state lines to abort their babies criminalizes "aunts and grandmothers," you should understand that it's child molesters and rapists she's defending, not aunts and grandmothers.

I've come to the point where I can say that I think all abortions, (besides to save the LIFE of the mother), are murder.
Yes, even incest, and rape etc etc. Like you say, great way to cover up the evidence...

If somehow after said rape took place, and somehow the pregancy came to term, then she would give birth, and then could she kill the child? (coma or whatever...)
No, and suddenly it's not a decisive point if the child was produced through rape, etc.

What disgusts me is that this girl likely did not choose an abortion. Her parents chose for her and they had no right to do that. Poor girl was raped, than a child taken from her body, and than bled to death. THis is outragious!

You bet it is outragous and sickening!!!!This stench smells in the nostrils of God Himself and will eventually bring judgement on our land!!!!

Kathleen Sebelius is the daughter of our former RATbastard/lib/socialist governor, John Gilligan. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Oh, and they are Roman Catholic, too -- the Kennedy/Kerry/CINO kind. Makes me sick.

It is illegal for a member of the grand jury to divulge anything from the proceedings.

The article states Christin's mentality was about equal to a six year old's. She was at the mercy of not only her parents, but at the mercy of the system. That photo should bring tears to the hardest heart.

May she rest in peace. I can only hope her rapist and those responsible for her death meet justice at some point in the future.

>>What role did her father have in her impregnantion.
Who exactly was the father of her child?<<

It would seam reasonable to expect that an investigation is ongoing...

However, I think the larger issue is... Regardless of whether it was her father or another family member that impregnated her.. And I'm not trying to marginalize that aspect of it.. This girl and her unborn child were treated like so much garbage..

I would think that no matter where anyone stands on the abortion issue that they would find this case absolutely appalling...
