Washington Whispers?

Thanks to 68grunt for the link that reminded me of this little tidbit..

The same place where the aRnold said some years back,,

---

"My relationship to power and authority is that I'm all for it.

People need somebody to watch over them.

Ninety-five percent of the people in the world need to be told what to do and how to behave."

Just one?

The weather here in Westchester warrants a trifecta.

Since you appear to want to spam this national level thread with your insults to a Californian republican governor, please remind us, are you voting for the republican in November?

I knew it, you're a (M)ilkster to the core? lol

Most likely not , I may do a write-in, how do you spell your last name?

The conservatiove movement has been disenfranchised and kicked to the curb by the Rino elite and some are perfectly OK with that as can be seen so easily on many threads where we try to discuss issues but only end up parrying off partisan attacks by folks like you.

I haven't been shy of saying it before on other threads either so now you just go ahead and turn that into a vote for a democrat like (you who used to vote democrat, btw) and some of your compadres so like to do..

PS Thank God for the Club of Growth and their efforts in defeating Rinos across the nation and their continuing efforts.

... (you who used to vote democrat, btw) ...

Disruptor ilk like to twist the truth, as do you and the faux-bull. The quote is that my two only democratic votes were enough to convince me never to vote for them again. They lie and twist the truth, just like the ilk.

Your question is 'why keep voting for republicans'? You are the same ilk as beeler.

Hmmmm, the one good point you made was you never supported the Recall as you knew bad things could happen, now that they are happening, you and others prefer to let the left further entrench and spend as a chap with an R by his name does their bidding budget and social issue wise in more ways than one would have preferred to see, yet will galdly vote him back in and cut down those who you think are insincere and are not onboard this plunge to a deeper shade of socialism, all the while professing to be republican much less conservative. ..

That is a real dilemna, huh?

Those remaining republicans in the Ca senate and assembly who in the past have fought new taxation and spending were asked to roll over for more borrowing and spending the last couple years, many did, a few didn't but rather than stand up to more of the same and continue the fight against PHILth if he won, you and others just rollover and opt to continue supporting what will be essentially the same , more more more debt debt debt and spending spending spending..

It's your choice.. yet you claim our choice is the PHILTHy one. I personally want no part of this madness that has become evident across the board in California politics. You begrudge me calling it as I see it. Too bad.

It really won't matter in the end.. for some the ship will have to sink before it will finally sink in, the differences are few and far between when it comes to the top of the ticket. and it seems , even tho it's the Gub's to lose, I question many of you have the wherewithal to even support the few Republicans left in the legislature that do stand between more taxation and more borrowing, just a hunch if the past track record in rcent years uis any indication of how quickly the (M)ilk cut and run form any serious debate of the I word, issues.

I suspect the gumption for the good fight has fled many here, it's now just get along and hope nothing else worsehappens. This climate change issue is the latest one that can only owonder how much longer folks will just keep their heads in the sand and just go along to get along, regardless the cost or who imposes it on the masses.

That I find very troubling.

Anyone who thinks that President Bush's sexual morality is the only sign of his character has a decided lack of ability to discern what character is.

Anyone who makes huge leaps in logic as you do has a decided lack of intellect or honesty.

And anyone who thinks that those of us who support President Bush fully, even though we don't agree with every thing he does are the same as Clinton sycophants, is too ignorant to deal with.

When he is right, I support him. Sadly, I haven't had to spend too much time doing that. To the contrary, you are all too willing to overlook his failures to abide by his oath of office to defend this nation and its Constitution.

Leave this one alone, Dane. He has trouble discerning right from wrong.........perhaps because his personal identity includes the word "bad."

LOL Did you get your psychology degree by staying at the Holiday Inn Express? But using your 'logic' how can anyone take you seriously when you have "W" as part of your name?

Since you have no idea what the 'bad' refers to and you have no other argument, I guess that's is your way of saying that that remark is all you have left. Good bye.

Explain my 'leap of logic' based on your original comment.

Please. Inform your meaning about 'pants down' to me...... dishonest and stupid as I am....

I support the President when he's right, disagree with him when I believe he is wrong, and respect him at all times, since he has earned that respect. Perhaps that's because I was raised with a level of respect that clearly eluded you.

As for the 'bad,'.....it was a joke. I see that humor has also eluded you.

That's why we have nothing in common. I'm respectful and have a good sense of humor, and you are neither.....

So the 'Good-bye' is just fine with me. There are people on this forum with whom I have much in common as a moral conservative and a good judge of character. I'd prefer spending my time with them rather than wasting it with you.

B] Keeping one's pants on does not necessarily make one honorable.

btw, this is the line that you need to explain to my stupid, dishonest mind.

How is it that I have made a 'leap of logic' to say that you think the President is dishonorable even though he is sexually moral?

Please illuminate my faltering, lying brain..........if you would be so condescending to help a weaker soul.....

Oh...........Good-bye is still fine with me, AFTER you let me know how I made an illogical leap from your statement to my conclusion.

That is, assuming you have the intelligence or honesty to actually come back and explain......

... That is a real dilemna, huh? ...

I'll say its a dilemma, all the divisive points to pick from in your response. Thats what I'm finding trouble with, picking one. I'll try and make a combi ...

Yes, I will vote for the chap with the R by his name in the general election. I will vote for the most conservative candidate in the primary. We agree that the recall screwed this up seven ways from Sunday. I will express my discontent with the GOP, and the CAGOP, through personal correspondence reflecting their financial loss due to discontent and in regard to the financial gain of my favored candidates and issues, of choice. I will not try to sabotage any republican in any general election, and especially not in one that affects me as severely as the California election. I do not begrudge you being a conservative, I do begrudge that you attempt to effect a republican's defeat. Your perception of gumptious fighting against a republican candidate you don't like only serves to strengthen his opponent. Read beeler's posts, they sound just like the California Ilk Herd's constant negative drivel.

The sad fact is he has little that indicates to me he is a Republican. I'll leave it at that.

Thanks for your thoughtful reply.
