Not afraid. Just cold hard-eyed desire to put these (popular epithet of the day) in constraint and remove them from any contact with society.

If that involves execution on sight, fine. It would certainly involve very sharp profiling aimed at EVERYBODY who claims a connection with Islam.

Islam grew and developed in relative isolation for a long time, before it became the cancer on humanity it is today. The more I think about it, the less tolerant I am of religions that preach such arrogant and intolerant views of the world, that none but their own may exist. Somehow, the Muslims have never been advised of the deep wisdom of the Golden Rule, "Do unto others, as you would have others do unto you." Note that there is no religious test to be followed here, or is anything asked of the individual that is beyond the ability to accomplish.

Here is a clause, from the Koran (40 Hadith of an-Nawawi 13), "Not one of you is a believer until he desires for his brother what he desires for himself." But keep in mind, that if someone is not a Muslim, then the concept of "brotherhood" does not apply.

Would you put some strains of Christianity in that category? Just for the sake of consistency.

Idiots and leftist moonbats always make the assumption that if Bush is in Crawford he's watching old Bugs Bunny cartoons.

So somebody tell me once again why we are allowing Muslims into western nations. I seem to have forgotten.

No Christian "strain" believes that "none but their own may exist." Seems to me that, among world religions, only islam holds that deadly belief.

Putting things in context:

Once, maybe not so many years ago, there were certain branches of "Christianity" that DID preach of their own moral superiority, and the need to establish themselves as the "one true Church". But of course, when the application of Christ's teachings are scrutinized, there is no such interpretation to be found anywhere in the New Testament.

On the other hand, the Koran is completely garbled and meaningless, if only the text attributed to the Prophet Mohammed is considered. The ongoing religious warfare that goes on between the Shi'a (Persian) and Sunni (Arabic) factions traces directly to this garbled text. Worse, in the sometimes obvious plagarization of Mosaic and Judaic texts, what was included was remembered wrongly from oral tradition. When the oral traditions differed too greatly from the version the Prophet was comfortable with, old Mohammed had no compuctions whatsoever about having the dissident beheaded on the spot.

Which seems to be a singularly bad way to prove or disprove the authenticity of the Word of God.

In other news, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff announced increased security measures for all female passengers 80-years-of-age and older. Strip searches will be mandatory with all body cavities inspected for explosive fluids.

Round up non-US citizen middle easterners and deport them. Ban them from flying US air carriers.

Yes, this absolutely MUST be done if we want to have a chance of surviving.

The enemy is here, in large numbers, hiding and plotting mass murder. And there IS a profile! They are young Muslim men from the Middle East and N. Africa!

We must remove them from our country before they kill us.

The best way to prevent additional attacks is to expel the proponents of the ideology of death and destruction, and to seal the borders to infiltration from countries that export death and destruction.
Also, kick leftists out of elected office.

So somebody tell me once again why we are allowing Muslims into western nations. I seem to have forgotten.

So they can contribute to our wonderfully diverse and multicultural society of tolerance and inclusiveness for all?

Are you afraid? I mean do you actually feel more scared?.

Unless we feel terror they have failed. Afraid or scared just doesn't cut it. You can tell if you feel terror by the way the hair stands up on the back of the neck and you scream without realizing it.

The baggage inspection will involve throwing the bag 10 feet into the air to see if the nitroglycerin will explode upon impact.

I believe that this is already done by ramp agents.

No, I'm not afraid. I used to fly 100% for about 8 years, and am local right now. But, if anything, I think my basic emotion would be more of annoyance.

Exactly. And nuke Iran, nuke Iran, and nuke Iran. Most of the problem will be solved when Tehran is a smoking, radiation contaminated crater. Use them as the example, and if the message is not recieved loud and clear. Move on to the next state sponsor. Granted, we'll have to work some sort of "drug deal" with China and Russia but nothing will work except total eradication of islamofascists.

If we are already at red, where does the threat level go when there are snakes on a plane?
