And you know that because....?
Good question.
Apparently, the two found in NJ got lost and were hanging out with friends who (miracle of miracles) happened to live in NJ.
Ever since the FBI moved in after the massacre in Seattle and said they did not see terror as a motive, I discount everything they say.
How many of these "students" came in on forged papers or applications half filled out? I'm sure a couple can be found hanging around Norman, Oklahoma.
Cells are here and have been here for years, yet nothing has been done to eliminate them. They're just waiting for the word to act. US might want to consider domestic flights.
Enough of this PC crap, especially with the news tonight. It is time to profile at airports.
I'd say report it to the FBI, but I have my doubts these days that this sort of stuff interests them.
No argument here.
I am starting to wonder if these 13 were the US "mirror site" personel of the UK bombing bust ???
(/my tin foil hat)
Absolutely. I'm sick and tired up to my eyebrows over people whining about being "inconvenienced".
I hope that is the sort of parallel thinking the FBI is doing.
As the saying goes, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.
Who's running the bureau? The 9-11 commission?
I said much the same earlier. Sky News said it would have been bigger than 9/11.
Or a dry run.
Aside from the obvious safety advantage of profiling Muslims, it would also be a great opportunity to totally bankrupt the ACLU; those freaks would file more suits than they would have lawyers to file or the fees required to file them.
Sadly, we keep churning out lawyers as if there is no tomorrow so our hopes of bankrupting the ACLU are probably dim.
Do you know what the difference is between a lawyer and a woodtick?
A woodtick falls off you when you die.
Two turn up in NJ, one in Minnesota.
Even if these Egyptians have no evil intentions, you really have to wonder how common these no-shows are, and whether some colleges/universities don't bother to notify when some "students" never show up.
The alarm might have gone up on this one simply due to the numbers.
A semester's prepaid tuition is probably a heck of a lot cheaper, and less risky, than forged papers.
Hey, If Norm Peterson vouches for them, the can't be all bad.
He's probably already got them hanging out at the local "Cheers"
They haven't blown anything up. Yet.
