Democratic Senator Bill Nelson took the State of Florida out of the national insurance pool with he was the State Insurance Commissioner. That's when Florida's insurance troubles began.

I totally agree. I think Gallagher has a real shot at taking out Nelson, but Harris would have to step aside. From everything I've heard, Harris has zero intention of stepping aside, and nobody (including the Bushs) could convince her otherwise.

to the FL homeowners insurance fiasco. our homeowners insurance rates tripled in one year and everyone is hoping mad about it so gallagher step aside soon since the Dems have only one issue and thats homeowners insurance ! K Harris really screwed up the fl senate race. she should have waited few years and left the 2000 elections matters
become ancient history and that subpoena did not help .
we could of had a real candidate like Toni Jennings run but she was scared away by the K Harris personal wealth.
