The caller who suggested that the people would "rise up" against the islamists should there be a massive domestic terrorist strike is unfortunately delusional.Law enforcement agencies would be ordered to protect the mosques, arrest people harassing muslims, confiscate guns from law-abiding citizens, and impose martial law if needed.

I was watching MSNBC over the weekend and saw the hour they did on the L.A. riots. I had forgotten how pathetic it was that they just allowed all that to go unchecked for quite sometime. Lots of people losts their lives and the amount of destruction was horrendous. In certain circumstances they give people a pass but I think you are right in your statement.

P.S. Seeing Reginald Denny's near murder again was horrific.
