Can you get a date on that image? it would be really interesting to see how it compares with dates he appeared at Cana to help map out his movements and to show more evidence of how freely this guy can move around at a time that there is supposedly such tight restriction on movement.
That's definitely him and (I'll go back and check, but it looks like that's the same body in the shot I posted. (ie: missing right arm).
